Expert Witness Services

Our services include testifying at hearings and other legal proceedings to substantiate our determinations and to offer professional opinions needed by the courts to arrive at fair and proper outcomes for both plaintiffs and defendants.

We are available to provide expert opinion and to testify as to tree health, tree damage, condition, species, size and value of amenity trees. In addition, we are capable of estimating timber volumes and values associated with existing forest trees or trees cut and removed inadvertently or negligently during a timber harvest.
